4. Orders & Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase

Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including those suspected of fraud or containing pricing errors.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days

Shipping timelines vary based on your location and carrier

Once an order has shipped, The White Wall Collective is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.

Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will review and determine if a replacement or resolution is appropriate.

Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
